Sunrise Senior Living Community In Development
Independent Living Community
Our first major project is a new Independent Living Community under development, nicknamed Sunrise Senior Living Community. This flagship project is planned as a modern, independent living facility designed to provide a vibrant, safe environment for older adults. Located in a high-growth area with strong demand for senior housing, Sunrise will offer comfortable residences alongside amenities like fitness and wellness centers, social activity spaces and programs, and on-site healthcare services. What sets this project apart is the integration of technology from the ground up – we’re implementing smart home features and telehealth connectivity in each unit, and exploring partnerships with healthtech providers (such as remote patient monitoring devices) to enhance residents’ well-being.
Assisted Living Facility
Pipeline & Future Investments: In addition to Sunrise, we have several other healthcare real estate projects in our pipeline, including an Assisted Living Facility concept that is currently in planning. As we grow, this Portfolio page will also highlight our ventures into healthtech – for example, strategic investments in startups that align with our mission. Every portfolio entry, whether a care facility or a technology, will demonstrate our commitment to bridging traditional healthcare and innovation.
